Cancellations must be informed in advance via phone or email. All cancellation requests are subject to the terms mentioned below.
Full Refund:
Cancel 15 days or more before the check-in date → 100% refund will be provided.
Partial Refund:
Cancel between 10 to 14 days before the check-in date → 50% refund will be provided.
No Refund:
Cancel less than 10 days before the check-in date → No refund will be applicable.
No refund will be provided in case of a no-show (guest does not arrive on the check-in date).
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
